I am indebted to Ian Butterfield for allowing me unfettered access to the National Collection to take photographs. For this, and for the many hours of his time that he has generously spent in sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm I am deeply grateful.

IMPORTANT: Some - but certainly not all - of the hybrids pictured, especially the selected, named clones are very recent advances which will not be available commercially for some time. I show them to wet your appetite for things to come! Bottom line is this: If what you want is not offered in any of the catalogues of the nurserymen listed under the "Suppliers" page of this site, then it is not available yet to the best of my knowledge.
